Who controls your information

BGLAD SPORTS CARDS & COLLECTIBLES LLC, a Michigan domestic limited liability company (Entity ID 900236947), is responsible for the customer and order information described here. Our public mailing address for customer correspondence is 4301 Orchard Lake Road, Suite 180-190, West Bloomfield, MI 48323. Information we collect

• contact information, such as name, email address, and phone number;
• billing and shipping addresses;
• order contents, amounts, status, tracking, returns, refunds, and customer-service messages;
• payment identifiers and payment status supplied by Stripe, but not your complete card number;
• inquiry forms and other information you choose to send us; and
• basic technical, security, and usage data, such as IP address, device or browser information, timestamps, pages requested, and error or fraud signals, needed to operate and protect the website.

How we use information

We use information to process and fulfill orders, communicate about delivery or problems, prevent fraud, maintain inventory and accounting records, provide customer service, secure and improve the website, and comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping duties. We do not use checkout contact information for unrelated promotional email unless the customer separately consents where required.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information as reasonably necessary to service providers that help operate the business, including Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and file services, website hosting providers, Going Postal, underlying postal or parcel carriers, fraud and security providers, and professional advisers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell customer personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Payment information

Stripe hosts the payment page and processes card details under its own privacy and security practices. BGLAD receives transaction identifiers, status, customer details, and amounts needed to fulfill and support the order; it does not receive or store the complete card number or card security code.

Cookies and similar technology

The website may use essential cookies or local storage for security, session, and basic functionality. If we later enable nonessential analytics or advertising technology, we will update this policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, tax and accounting records, disputes, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing brandon@bgladcc.com. Some information may need to be retained to complete an order, maintain required business records, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We will evaluate requests under the laws that apply to the requester and transaction.

Children and changes

Purchases are limited to adults. This storefront is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can evaluate and delete it where required. We may update this policy as the storefront or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
