Terms of Sale

1. Seller, scope, and agreement

The seller is BGLAD SPORTS CARDS & COLLECTIBLES LLC, a Michigan domestic limited liability company (Entity ID 900236947). Its public mailing address for customer correspondence is 4301 Orchard Lake Road, Suite 180-190, West Bloomfield, MI 48323. This mailing address does not replace or identify the LLC's registered office, principal business location, or resident-agent address. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale and the linked Shipping, Returns and Refunds, and Privacy policies.

These terms apply only when BGLAD is identified as the seller and payment is completed through BGLAD's checkout. An inquiry does not create an order. A product that links to eBay or another marketplace is sold under that marketplace's checkout, seller information, and policies. Auctions and third-party seller accounts are not part of BGLAD's initial public checkout.

2. Eligibility and lawful purchases

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to make the purchase. You must provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and be authorized to use the selected payment method. We may decline or cancel orders reasonably suspected of fraud, unauthorized payment, resale abuse, pricing error, sanctions or export-law concerns, or other unlawful activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount required by law to the original payment method.

3. Products, photographs, and condition

• The specific card, slab, sealed product, collectible, or lot pictured and described is the item offered unless the listing clearly says otherwise.
• Sports cards and collectibles are used or secondhand goods unless a listing expressly identifies the product as new or factory sealed.
• Photographs and disclosed defects form part of the product description. Screen settings and lighting can affect color appearance.
• Graded cards are described according to the grading company and grade shown on the holder. BGLAD is not affiliated with or endorsed by the grading company.
• Descriptions of raw-card condition are good-faith opinions, not promises of any grade a third party might assign.
• BGLAD does not knowingly offer counterfeit merchandise. A material authenticity or alteration issue that was not disclosed in the listing is treated as a material misdescription under the Returns and Refunds Policy.
• For sealed products, BGLAD describes the exterior and seal condition in good faith but does not promise particular contents, odds, pulls, manufacturer collation, or future value.
• No statement is a guarantee of future grade, scarcity, market value, investment return, or resale price.

Except for the express listing description and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, collectibles are sold in the photographed condition and BGLAD provides no separate warranty.

4. Pricing, payment, tax, and order acceptance

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable tax are shown before payment. Payments are processed through Stripe; BGLAD does not receive or store your complete card number. An automated confirmation acknowledges the transaction but does not prevent us from canceling an order for a genuine inventory, pricing, payment, or fraud issue and issuing a full refund of the amount collected. We do not add a separate payment-card surcharge.

5. Final-sale policy and limited exceptions

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, market-price changes, grading disagreements, or condition details that were disclosed in the listing. This does not apply when an item is not delivered, arrives materially damaged, is the wrong item, is materially different from its listing, or when a remedy is otherwise required by applicable law. 6. Shipping

We initially ship only to valid United States addresses accepted at checkout. Orders are normally tendered for shipment within one to two business days after successful payment. Delivery estimates are separate from handling time and are not guaranteed. The complete rules are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Delays and unavailable merchandise

We maintain records and inventory controls intended to support the stated handling time. If we learn that we cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the delay notice and choice required by applicable law. If you decline a delay, or if BGLAD cancels an unshipped order, we will provide a full and prompt refund, including the applicable shipping, handling, tax, and other amounts collected for that order.

8. Website and listing errors

We work to keep listings accurate and inventory current. We may correct clerical errors and cancel an order when an item was already sold, materially mispriced, or listed with a material error. A paid order canceled by BGLAD will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Electronic records and communications

You agree that order confirmations, policy disclosures, shipping notices, and other transaction records may be provided electronically at the email address you submit. Keep your order and tracking records. You may contact us if you need a policy copy in another reasonably available format.

10. Liability boundaries

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGLAD is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a purchase, grading opinion, market-price change, or inability to resell an item. For a claim arising from a specific order, BGLAD's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any responsibility or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.

11. Governing law, disputes, and severability

These terms are governed by applicable United States and Michigan law, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection that applies to you. Contact us first so we have a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve an order issue. That request does not limit a lawful card dispute, government complaint, small-claims filing, or other nonwaivable remedy. To the extent permitted by law, a court dispute concerning a BGLAD order will be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Michigan. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Changes and contact

The version and effective date shown on this page govern the order for which they were accepted. Later changes apply prospectively and do not rewrite a completed order.
